These terms apply to your use of this website and our messaging services, operated by Diamond House Jewellers (2574652 Ontario Inc.), Brampton, Ontario. By using this website or opting in to our text messages you agree to these terms.

Consultations and offers

• Design consultations are free and by appointment, with no obligation to buy.
• Prices, designs and timelines are confirmed in person at your consultation. We do not offer financing.
• Promotions (for example, a discount on engagement rings) apply as described on this website, for the dates shown, and are confirmed at your consultation.

SMS Terms (Diamond House Jewellers text messages)

• Program: Diamond House Jewellers sends text messages from (289) 499-5062 to people who opt in.
• What you'll receive: replies to your enquiries, appointment confirmations, reminders and rescheduling messages. If you also opted in to promotional messages, you may receive occasional offers and new design announcements.
• How you opt in: by ticking the SMS consent box on our booking form or website chat widget, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. To opt back in, reply START.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, call (437) 774-1175 or email deepak_rai12@hotmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We protect your information as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
